Default Reached my limit with this Harley...

I've had enough with this cart! Spent 2 months putting it back together, trying to get it to run. Drove it around the property but it didn't run right. Then quit altogether, someone on here said change the crankshaft seal, so I did. Made new gaskets for the cylinder, head, reeds, rebuilt the carb 3 times. Tried ne fuel line, tried old fuel line. It fires with gas put in the air intake until it runs out, so its not getting fuel I guess? Honestly don't know of anything else left to do and out of time and patience. Any last ideas?

I'll try to help you get it running. Not familiar with gas Harley Carts but: Does it have a fuel pump?

No, its all vacuum with a tillotson carb. It looks like it wants to suck fuel at times, but it only gets so far. I fill the line with fuel before I try it also

OK. I know you did it before but check/replace the fuel line and where it attaches again.

I have a 78 Harley and it has a one way valve/filter in the tank. I would check that if yours has it.

I just have a line in the tank to the carb. Took the vent hose out to eliminate it being clogged.

You sure the line from the tank is not obstructed? If not, sediment in tank? Also describe the "vent hose" you took out.

Serial says its a 77. We cleaned the tank out, but I suppose there still could be some leftovers. But the carb was clean each time I tore it down. I bought a rebuild kit for it, put new stuff in it, noticed by looking at diagrams that I had a layer wrong. Also tried the old diaphragm, no luck with any of that
