How do you know if u have bad shocks on cc Ds?

Yep, cart rides become more like boat rides in the cart bounces up and down like a boat going over waves.

Or they are leaking. If the rubber bushings in the mounts are dry rotted, cracked, or missing you need new shocks. The bushings are as old as the shocks.
