Default First cart. 420cc. Driven clutch too low

Working on my first cart project and I’m worried the driven clutch is going to hit a speed bump or something. What are my options for that clutch? Is there a smaller one I can buy, or if I put in a gear box for reverse could I change the gear ratios for more top speed? I’d like to do 25 in a straight line for residential neighborhoods, but as it sits I’m maybe going 15mph.... maybe. All crazy ideas welcome too. Trying to make this thing pretty cool

First try telling us what cart you have. Then we might be able to offer some options.
