Points and condenser question
Have an '87 Par Car that was converted to points. Being a Harley shovelhead guy, I noticed the points are the same. By the way they are the same as the late '60s chevy six cyl. I am wandering if I can use the same condenser as the chevy and get the right voltage pulse? Any help would be great. Thanks!

Re: Points and condenser question
As far as I'v ever known a condenser is a condenser .. I used a GM one in a old Hit N Miss engine once. Worked great. All they do is store power. I'm sure some have different values,, but your not leaving the ground with it or anything

Re: Points and condenser question
Thanks. That's what I figured, but It never hurts to have some input from somebody that has been there. Thanks again.
