Default Newbie with the Golfster, question #1 , battery.

Spent some time this weekend loosening frozen linkages and such. Everything appears there under the hood, However, I don't have a battery. What is the correct battery for a 3 wheel , gasoline (omc engine ) cushman golfster?

The biggest one that will fit
Measure the foot print and any height restriction, not the desired post config. Top or side... and go shopping
Probably a group 70 or 75

+1 on Scottyb's suggestion. There are several electrical sizes of batteries for every case size. ALWAYS buy the one with the highest cold cranking amp rating in the biggest case size that will fit in our cart, or car. It's only a few dollars more and the added power benefit is well worth the few dollars.

You sort of only rent batteries anyway. A 2 year battery will last about 2 years. A 3 year battery will cost a bit more and will last about 3 years, and they all get exchanged for the new batteries so you don't get to keep them, just like when renting something.

Yes, that's another "rent only" commodity.
