85 arctic cat 500cc

am going to attemt to install 85 arctic cat sled moter in older gas par car golf cart.this is a 500cc spirit moter and i want to add electric start to this set-up.whats best way to do this?i dont have much expieriance working on 2-stroke moters.plenty expieriance in fabrication and welding and working on hot rods.
