Prices of carts lately?
What are you all seeing for prices of carts these days? Like 5 years ago I was fairly regularly seeing running or almost running carts that looked decent in the $500 range. They didn't seem to sell quickly at that price but they did appear to sell. Sometimes you would see one that was all decked out in orange and black with lots of chrome asking like $2000. Those ads seemed to be up forever so I don't think those were selling. You also would see a cart that was mostly complete but been sitting under a tarp in the yard for $150.
Last year or so the under the tarp ones are asking $500+. The sometimes not quite running ones are asking $1000+ and the decked out customized ones are like $3000 and none appear to be selling. Is it just the good deals are getting snatched up before I see them? |

Re: Prices of carts lately?
There are 2 reasons for what you are seeing:
1. The popularity of golf carts for neighborhood and off road use has increased demand & in turn has driven the price up. 2. The vast number of cart flippers in every area of the country has reduced availability & increased price for the project carts. |
