68....Open canvas!
I got a 68 for 300 bucks, it's going to be a work cart. It runs, and it's got a good body.... so here we go..... let me know your ideas/suggestions!

I'm diggin' that bench seat.
I have always liked the one large "tear drop" type headlight in the middle for those 3-wheelers. |

Re: 68....Open canvas!
i think im ditching the headlights, for either a single headlight, or a led bar or 2 led bars . the bench seat is pretty comfy, im a tall dude. it races the seats a bit, and i sit in it pretty good. the handles get in the way , but if you turn the wheel opposite of the direction your geting out, no issues. i might have to find a creative way to mount a beacon light ion it, since its being used on a lot....and get a top fabricated for it, but it sucks, got to lift the body to fill er up!

Re: 68....Open canvas!
yes its a option, 300 is a good price, look at the floor pans and the fibergass see how bad it is, if its good shape, and it runs, get it. mine was a steal, cause at he action they magicly couldnt get it started. after the auctioner got the money, pulle dthe chaoke a few and gave it gas, and away we went.... i got it home, 2 gallons fresh gas, and oil, a good bath, new plug, and repaired needed wiring, and im hauling parts across my warehouse yard, this winter, i may start the rebuild process, needs some body work, so that means paint! after the paint, comes the lights, and coo stuff!]

Re: 68....Open canvas!
you got it worth the money. i am going to try and make a frame for a top out of thin wall conduit. i have a bare frame laying around. if i can get the bends then i should be able to fabricate them as needed. we are up to 7 hd carts counting parts carts.

Looks very good! Just clean it up and use it. I like the reverse/forward switch lever.
