Wiring schematic for 69DC-1058
 I am trying to find a schematic for the wiring any help??This cart has been parked in the weeds at my dad's house for the better part of 30-35 years. The car has a fiberglass body on the front half (windshield is missing) must have had a wiper as there are wires to the middle top, also has a handbrake and juice brake on the left rear wheel. Not sure if there were doors but ya never know. |

I have never seen a wiring diagram with a wiper....from harley. I will look tonight and shot a link. Windshields were round and no real way to wipe clean do to the contour...

If I would have been thinking I would have taken a pic I can see no reason for a wire in that area and there is a hole in the frame well for something. I am going to need a diagram as the solenoid is pretty rusty and cracked, regulator is rusted out and the F-R switch is going to need some tlc. Before I do anything to the body I need to make sure the engine is good otherwise it is for the most part scrap. If you have a wiring schematic for the starter/generator that would go a long way.

Columbia bought the cart division from AMF in 82 which was about the same time Willie G and his group bought the bike division. 82's and I think at least some 83's only had the harley davidson name plate. Previous ones had Amf HD. Later I think just said Columbia. AMF bought HD in 69 which was apparently before they were real popular so there were not that many carts made by the original HD group.

My cart has the Harley Davidson badge in the front under the headlight and I do remember the AMF tag Harley made the servicar I do remember the meter maids and their long stick with the chalk. Right now I am trying to see if the Starter/Gen is working.
