70 harley Davidson
I HAVE A HARLY DAVISON GOLF CART THAT WILL START UP BUT IT WONT G . Any idea what this will be

first do a compression test. note the direction varies the compression reverse should be higher. 90/95 is great 70/75 means you need to bore the cylinder. next check the timing. there are 2 dots that you time between. if the timing is off it could cause problems.
