Looking for a motor cover for my 64D
Hi All,
I've exhausted several resources trying to find a body part for 64D car. As seen in the picture below, the motor cover (as described in the parts book) is missing. Any leads would be greatly appreciated! IMG_8499.jpg IMG_8513.jpg |

Would love to get $60 for it. Ill see what shipping is to you if you are interested? Its not perfect but all original with the plug cover and lever indicator tag (complete with golfer cleat marks).

No problem! It's a long way off before it runs again anyway. I was happy to see that my repaired shift lever clears the opening just fine.

Re: Looking for a motor cover for my 64D
I'm sourcing motor bearings, and found that the two generator side 6204 bearings differed with their shielding. The onboard most bearing had 1 side metal shielded, 1 side rubber. The outer bearing had both sides rubber shielded. The parts book says they should both be the same. Can someone please confirm what stock bearing was used? I guess I'm concerned that , while the rubber shielded bearing of course will fit, the rubber may not stand up to the gasoline mix. (My Inboard hadn't fared well, rubber was wavy and bearing seized) or..maybe it just died of old age.
