Default Harley Cart won’t go.

I put a new carb on the cart, the plug gets gas, it has spark but just no go. I have tried everything I can think of looking for new ideas.

Compression test? The engine relies on the rings to be good.

Plug has spark, Check! fuel to engine, Check! Compression good, Check! still wont run? ignition timing? muffler plugged? reed valve? incorrect mixture, vacuum leak?. if all criteria is correct cannot defy physics and refuse to run.

Compression is good! Has a spark at the right time! Proper fuel mix! You Might try crank case seals? Reed valve? If all these are present and working correctly, I can't help you.

So it will run but not fast or have any power it will barley for 5mph. Almost sounds like it’s flooding out.
