Belt issues
Hey guys a friend of mine brought me his 84 harley 4 wheel cart and he is having major belt issues. i found his driven clutch had a sharp metal edge on the sheave and was cutting belts like crazy. Fixed that issue but when i run cart the motor moves over so much that the primary and secondary are touching and sparks fly... im guessing motor mounts are shot but we even buy new mounts... thxs

EZGO mounts are the same.

You can place spacers between the motor and the mounts as well which will increase your clearance.
