Default Old Harley Cart....Should I??

Thinking about buying this old harley ... http://saskatoon.kijiji.ca/c-cars-ve...AdIdZ196027858 ...
The owner says its missing the centrifugal clutch, but other then that everything is there and just needs to be cleaned up, new plug, new battery and probably a carb clean... its been sitting for a few years... i am a student and cant afford to soak much money into it at the moment (hopefully under $300).... i just want to get it in good running condition for right now and will also sand/paint everything to make it look good.. how much is a centrifugal clutch for this and where could i find one?? would it even be possible to get it in running condition for under $300? i plan on doing all the work myself, i am not very mechanically inclined, but would like to take this on a learning project, if i cant figure it out my dad is a mechanic, so im not to worried... i just want to make sure this wont turn into an exepnsive fix... any input would be appreciated!!

also does anyone have any idea as to what year this cart might be?? even a close guess?

I wanna guess she is a mid 80s cart.... after that they stopped making the 3 wheelers..... that front or engine clutch is about $400.... and that is probably just the beginning of the fix up I think... no, find something from the big 3 Ezgo, Club Car, Yamaha. & the newer the better! Good Luck

I have a 79', looks just like mine. You're looking at a bunch of money to get it running.
