Fan Cover
I recently got a 79 H-D gas for nothing it needs to be restored I'm having a hard time getting the fan cover off. So far i've broken two driver bitts on the end of a hammer driver and have soaked it for a few days and have tried heat. I'm thinking as a last resort of drilling the heaad screws off what does anyone think about this? Any secrets or somthing I haven't thought of. Thanks Joe

Lots of penetrating oil, not WD-40. Then I used a ratchet and driver bit, lots of pressure and lots of leverage with the ratchet. |
