73 HD good top end but bad low end?
I've got a friend that just got a 73 3 wheeler, and he hasn't joined yet and had a question. got new points, carb seems to be getting good fuel. The top end is great but will hardly take off, takes off slow but when gets up it is getting to a good Hight teens to 20.got any suggetions?

what goes wrong with the secondary clutch? Is it repairable?

inner bushing wears out
also the nylon rollers get flat spots and then wear quick. if you ride to the point that the rollers are gone you start wearing down the helix. yes they are repairable. |
