flywheel puller
Does anyone have a working print of a 97336-80 Harley Davidson Flywheel puller? I would like to machine one but I do not have a flywheel to work with.

Re: flywheel puller
A flywheel would be fine but more expensive. I think I can handle that if it will fit in a USPS flat rate box. Let me know what the tariff will be and I will try to handle it.

Re: flywheel puller
I Now have a fly wheel to draw a fly wheel puller from. Thanks to Craig's carts!! It may take a little while but it will be done. I will send copies to anyone that wants one. I made a horse shoe puller to pull fly wheels with but it was not strong enough for one and I had to weld a circle around it to get it off. I have pulled a couple that were almost impossible to get off. The puller will help. I know that puller was a standard puller used on something from the 1960's or before but I don't know what.

Re: flywheel puller
I have the flywheel and am working on the print and looking for metal stock now. My brain is too stincking slow these days. I will have to machine this puller out of solid 3.5 inch bar stock so it will be slow.
Does anyone else have flywheels that are hard to remove? |

Re: flywheel puller
I will make two if I am successful. I have found a supply for factory pullers or at least a few. If anyone wonders why I will make one they cost $238.14. That may not be much to some but it is enough for me to make a print and machine some.
