New crank or not
I am working on saving up some money for a new top end for my 68 hog and I am on the fence, should I spend the extra money and replace the crank? The crank does not have any play up or down and the side to side is ok. My worry is one of the rings got fried and I am not sure what the crank barrings might look like if parts of the ring found the crank case. My gut tells me don't be cheap and replace the crank but Christmas and a 3 1/2 year old princess tell me not to spend money unless i have too. So what should I do? Thanks
