Default Carb gasket might be wrong

I was rebuilding the carburetor tonight and I noticed that one of the gaskets I used didn't have a whole. Is this the correct gasket? If so why is it open? Thanks as always

It looks correct relative to the parts manual.
The gasket closest to the engine has a larger center hole.
Manual page attached.
Good luck

is the hole through the intake clear too? or is it plugged? i would have to say, if it has a hole on the intake, reed plate, and spacer, it needs a hole in the reed plate gasket too.
