Looking to buy a crankshaft for my 1974 AMF/Harley Davidson gas 3 wheel golf cart.

The shop rebuilding my motor called and said that there was no head gasket on the motor.Is this possible?

there are none. . . the original used a flowable metal seal. there are after market gaskets from vintage that can be used. they come in most rebuild kits.
