The parts on e-bay that I found were rebuild kits which did not include a crank. Do you have an e-bay listing number?

The shop rebuilding my motor called and said that there was no head gasket on the motor.Is this possible?

there are none. . . the original used a flowable metal seal. there are after market gaskets from vintage that can be used. they come in most rebuild kits.
