Harley carbs
I am looking for advise on installing a larger carb. on a 1978 d model. The stock carb is a hl231 and is rated for up to 150cc engines. Has anyone tried something different and if so what. Thanks Ron

Re: Harley carbs
Thought I read about a HL360 carb. . . look at the posts and you might find it.
The linkage is different from the standard HL231 so it would have to be modified. |

Re: Harley carbs
Thanks. Sounds like it bolts up O K but the fact that it doesn't have a choke could be a problem. If Nebraska Farm Boy is still around he might chime in and tell us. Ron
