Clutch fluid and what type
Just got informed by the machine shop who rebuilt my motor that I would need to refill the clutch with fluid.What type and how much does it take?

I seem to recall reading that in this forum somewhere when I did a search.
I believe it was gear oil in the teens of ounces. |

Yep. Any 80/90 gear lube will work.

I have a small funel attached to a yinyl hose about 14 inches long and on the other end is a machined tip that goes into the hole in the clutch cover after the rubber plug is removed. I then use a measuring cup for a precise measure of oil. I then pour in about 4 ounces at a time into the funel until 12 ounces have been drained into the clutch and replace the rubber plug. If it doesn't leak all is well!
