Default Cart not rolling freely

ok today I went to push my cart out of the shop and it wont roll easy. feels like the breaks are on. Removed breaks still not rolling good.
could there be a problem in the diff.

ya they don't roll unless you take the belt off. some of them have a tow switch on the rear end you can flip to free wheel but i'm not sure on that model.

The weird thing is that it moved much easier in the past. I will remove the belt and try it again. Let you know how I make out in a few days.

your belt is probably stiff after sitting for a while. The cart should not push easily if it is the 70 model you wrote about in the past. If the cart pushes freely, the drive belt is wearing out. It may still be used. Carts with new belts generally do not push. All of my carts push. Some more than others depending on belt wear.

Yes it is the cart in question. I will remove the belt and give that a try.

I had a chance to look at the cart today. Took the belt off no problem rolled fine. I also played around a bit and figured the lack of power is due to the carb needing cleaning or adjustment. Thanks for the help. One last question how much power shold this cart have. it has a hard time going up small inclines on grass.
