battery compartment Question
On my 76 3 wheeler, the spot where the battery goes, there is a thing on the side that appears to have had some wires go to it. Well, I knocked it off. What is it used for? And do I need to find another one or can I just let it go?

Re: battery compartment Question
See if you can identify it from the manual. Both parts and service manuals can be found on this site. Here is the link:

Re: battery compartment Question
There should be three things on the battery box. A voltage regulator, a circuit breaker and a start solenoid. Which one did you knock off?
