How To Remove Clutch Off Of Crank

Hello all. What is the proper procedure to remove the drive clutch off of a 70's 2 stroke harley engine? I am very familier with the clutchs on snowmobiles and some use special pullers for removal. This clutch is similar in construction, just don't know the procedure or if special tools are required. Need to get access to the crank seal for replacement.

remove the three cover nuts
remove cover
remove nut from crank
pull apart

Any tools needed to remove the primary clutch.

A couple special tools help, plus a claw puller.

I will probably be doing this in the Galveston heat sometime today if I can get the engine out of the mounts and on the floor. Wish me luck. Ugh!

After an hour, I finally got the clutch cover off. Took 150 psi and heat to get it off, only to find no o-ring installed.

It was serviced with oil, so how the hell it didn't leak out I do not know. There is truly some voodoo going on in Bayou Vista. BTW, heat index 108.
