Re: Harley Davidson Roof
The top frame is easy to build with 3/4 conduit and a conduit bender. I have a couple of photos of mine on the forum somewhere!

Yes tew45, yours is the one I have been looking at. You made that , nice. I thought that would be an opinion, I do have a retiree friend who was an sparky where we both retired from. I'm know for a fact he still has his conduit bender, 3/4 conduit stock, still have you plans lying around by chance?

Re: Harley Davidson Roof
No Plans just free hand. Used a couple of lengths extra before I got it right. I should have used a hard top the cloth top was hard for me to sew. Check the service manuals and parts manuals they have drawings for other top styles.

Re: Harley Davidson Roof
I have researched some of the hard tops, they are nice, I prefer the soft / rag top style. There is a canvas shop up the road from me, does boat covers mostly, the guy said bring in a frame and he'll make one. Thanks for the info, tew45, its always appreciated.

Re: Harley Davidson Roof
I have found an OEM roof frame, very good shape, picked up this morning. Now making a temporary mount on 2x4's so the canvas shop up the road can make a top to fit the frame. Color choices are next

Re: Harley Davidson Roof
Maybe the shop can make 2 tops and we both save. I would like a white or off-white top for my framework. Let me know what the price is.
