Default jg5 gas

I have a g5 that gas the rear wheels move when gas is pressed. Have serviced the carb and checked spark and have good compression. Yesterday while driving found the choke had to be applied for it to run at all and now today just cranks away.

Welcome to BGW! Sounds like classic air leak somewhere. More than likely air box is not sealed all the way. If it is, check the spacer between the carb. and intake for cracks. Also, check to make sure the throttle is opening and closing all the way when pressing and letting off the pedal.
