Default Jakes vs Rhox 6"

I'm considering putting a 6" lift on my 2002 G16 with 22x11x10 tires and rims. I want to know what kit will be better for my buggie with no mods and the pros and cons of both. Thanks

Welcome!! Buddy, you need to read this site, learn what these cars can do, decide what your going to do with yours, and how much money you want to spend.

Their are some up grades that can be done, and some that have to be done. Some parts are better than others, you need to decide which is best for you. Safety, endurance and resale value have always been the most important to me!!

Good luck, and enjoy!!

The Jakes 6" A-Arm lift has proven to be a good quality lift for the G16. I've had no problems with mine for 5 years, however I'm going to replace it with a Jakes 7" Double A-Arm lift. I think it will be a little bit more forgiving on the trails. Don't know anything about the RHOX lift.

Jakes is considered one of the best lifts if you have that budget. For others I would keep looking on here some you don't want. The double arm lifts are worth it if you go offroad in rough terrain or want to go fast offroad.

Yep, Jakes is made in the USA. 7" Double A on the BB cart and the 6" lift will go on my G16 project cart, so it's a win win for me.
