Default Yamaha G1 Hybrid Question

I'm Thinking My Cart Is A Hybrid. It Has A G1 Body But A 4stroke Yamaha Motor. It Has A Key Switch And A Forward And Reverse Selector. My Question Is,,,,cart Ran And Drove Fine, Then Would Not Start Using The Gas Pedal. You Can Jump The Cylinoid And It Starts Fine. I Think I've Narrowed It Down To The Throttle Sensor But That Thing Is Like $280 Bucks. Can You Bypass That Switch And Put An Aftermarket Key Switch In That Cranks And Kills It???

surejust put a 15 amp push on button for a starter button
the G1 body lifts up so that you can see the whole motor. is this what you have?

yes the rear dump bed tilts backwards to expose the motor. but all i've read said that the g1 came with a 2 stroke. mine is a 4 stroke. if i do the switch will the starter/generator still charge the battery?

Shure would like to see a picture of this "Manamal"!!!! With custom builds, questions most likely can only be awnsered with pic's to go buy. Good luck on your problem.
