O7 Yamaha want more powee
Do you recommend a clutch kit for the secondary clutch itts got new six inch madjax lift and sitting on 10inch wheels with 23 tires like to run att least 20 plus .

Clutches are not a way to increase top speed (although, too heavy spring in rear clutch can decrease top speed). They can be tuned to better use the available torque.

whats your best recommendation to getting a top speed out of the cart then, I know I play with the governer, I knew the spring would help with the torque also said that it would enhance the speed as well.

What adjustments have been done to the governor? 23" tires, and a tightened governor setting should have you easily over 20mph now.
