Talking G27 Torque specs

I have a 2006 G27A. I blew a head gasket and am currently waiting for parts and machine shop before I continue. I figure I would find all my torque specs and have come up empty handed. I was going to buy a manual but saw the price and didn't want to take a second mortgage out on the house. Can anyone help me with some torque specs before I use generic torques by bolt size? I need Intake, exhaust, cylinder head and would also like spark plug. I would appreciate the help. Thank you for trying.

The only real touque value you'll need is for the head bolts. 36 ft lbs.

If thats the only torque I need to worry about would you happen to know the valve lash? Finding any info on these is difficult. I cant bring myself to buy a $100 manual. Thanks for the help I do appreciate it.
