Reed
I was wondering if the starting issue I been having is a Bad reed valve. I pulled and it has been out before me. Looks clean and tight against the housing. No daylight pokeing thru the Throat and intake.Just not pulsating enough to run..

Re: Reed
If shut it should be good. Crank seals are a common one, these carts are pretty old. Pistons can also break the skirt I've seen. This assumes you have reasonable compression, good clean carb, no intake leaks, good plug, etc.
