Default G22 primary won't come off, seriously

This thing will not come off and I don't know at what point it will break. I had my clutch rebuilt about 1 1/2 years ago by don plowman. I reinstalled it without lock rite, or any other sealant.(I may have used anti seize). I used my 18 volt dewalt impact to install the bolt and may have torqued it too much. I have tried up to a 1/2 inch snap on pneumatic impact with 180psi on the puller bolt, as well as a ratchet with a big rubber filter wrench on the clutch and she won't pop off. I thought about trying my 3/4 impact, but then I thought I should seek some advice before I go that far.
How far can I go before I break something?

Crank up that 1/2" impact, hammer down the puller bolt with impact, leave it just like that, wait 'till tomorrow morning. It will probably be laying there in the morning, popped-off, waiting for you to pick it up.

There are more "hard core" tricks, but lets try that first (its worked for me in the past). My next trick involves an air hammer, but i dont like doing it.

I'll give it the night. I couldn't get the puller bolt back out now anyway.

Don't know anything about carts but this has worked for me on 4x4's....
Try a little heat on the shaft if you can..it may break loose on cool down. Leave tension on it while heating... Good Luck!

I agree, and have tried that too, but its really hard to get a torch between the clutch and the engine (without melting the seals, but it could help). My next trick would be using an air hammer (flat tip "bit") to hit the clutch area where the taper is, to temporarily distort the clutch's taper. Like busting a ball joint free with a hammer by hitting the spindle in the area where the knuckle is. Hard to accurately describe, easy to do.

Went to my uncles shop where his compressor has a little more umph. She popped right off. I have on roller with a flat spot, but my weights are still nice and smooth. Ordered stock replacements(I assume these are the plastic bushing ones). I saw some steel collar rollers on ebay, and didn't like the idea of moving steel on aluminum, so I went with the regular ones. Two out of three of the plastic plugs that the weights hit/rest on were popped out. can these be glued back in?

Sure, silicone would probably hold it.

Ok I figured a little dab on each would do. Is there service manuals available for these carts? Mainly looking for the lubrication procedure for the primary, now that I have the parts.

One pump of grease per clutch at each service of "motor oil & stuff". I assume you are servicing it twice a year or more (for heavy use).
