Yamaha Wobble
I just bought a new 2015 Gas YDR... Well when I applied the brakes softly the whole cart went into a Wobble... Felt like it was coming from the rear BUT the whole cart shook... After talking to the area Rep. WE pulled of the rear wheels on each side and there was a small, thin washer on 1 lug shaft...When they were removed the cart was fine... A friend on mine had the same problem on his electric cart but just 1 washer on 1 side so his wobble was much less...
I guess this is for information, and my ?? is why the washers and when were they suppose to be removed and by whom..???? Does everybody KNOW this but my dealer???? Other than this "WE BIT OF KNOWLEDGE" he has been great |

Re: Yamaha Wobble
There is a tech bulletin from yamaha about these. They are there to secure the brake drums on the assembly line. The best use for them to the end user is in the trash. And that is yamaha's suggestion, for just the reasons you have found.
