Default 2010 G29 Drive Gas, Performance options?

I have a 2010 G29, it runs excellent. I bought it from a private owner who owned since new. Never on a golf course or anything. I have the governer set at 15 mph. I really don't want to go crazy with that.

I am wondering if there is anything else that I could do to increase performance. I see that there is a torque spring but I feel that is not for me as I have no plans for lifting it. I personally do not like lifted carts.

Is there anything like exhaust, carb, air filter upgrades or anything???

Go to this website: http://www.plowmanscarts.com/

They sell all sorts of performance enhancers. Although if you are planning to keep the governored speed at 15 MPH, it's kind of pointless to increase engine power, unless you're planning on pulling some steep hills.

I was just saying I didn't want to go crazy and jack the governor way up and just beat the snot out of it. I'd like to do a few mods and make sure it is up to running more rpm before just beating it up.

Thanks, I will check that site out

If you want to run higher RPM, then you'll want to check out Plowman's airbox and jet kits. They will keep the engine from leaning out at high RPM, which can cause failure.

If you are interested in any of the stuff on Plowman's site, give them a call and ask for Don. He's extremely helpful and loves to talk about performance upgrades. He'll set you up with the stuff you need.

I don't have any experience with that particular kit. I've got the Performance Kit on a G22. But if you want max performance from your stock cart, that's gonna be the way to go. Really...

I have installed 3 of these kits and they are worth every penny. Once you get everything installed and adjusted properly you will not believe it's the same cart. It makes off roading fun and running up and down the streets at 30+ mph as well. Best of all if you have any questions or don't feel confident with the install mr plowman will walk you through the entire process on the phone with you. you will not be disappointed.
