I hear some people talk about the great deal on their $30 carb, never heard anyone yet say how great it ran. I would pass on it myself. I have tried some of the aftermarket carbs that sold for about half price of oem carb, they are "hit-or-miss", some are fine, some are garbage. I dont know about the policy of the guys you are talking about, but with a "no return on installed carbs" policy on the ones i tried, i'll pass.

I just put one on a cart I am bringing back from the dead. Had no spark which I fixed, but the throttle plate was frozen too. I'll let you know what happens. Hoping to get some time this weekend to play with it some more. From what in near they are hit or miss. Build quality doesn't look too bad so far.

maybe i got the one in a million.... but i had a 85 G1 couldn't get it to run right... new air filter new spark plug plus multiple carb cleanings plus carb kit nothing changed (all done in may) went out on a limb bought the cheap carb on amazon put it on and ran perfect.... burned multiple tanks of gas and its still running like a champ

I've got a clone motor in my 84 G1. Did a little work to the motor and wasn't happy with the stock carb. Bought one off E-bay with the electric choke, 30mm CV type, and the cart runs great. Must admit though that I have yet to get the choke to work.

I bought one for my G22 and it ran terrible. I think the brand name on it was Mookuni. Then, I purchased an OEM Mikuni and it's run perfect since. I'll probably stick to OEM replacement parts from now on.

i drove my G11 yesterday for the first time and it runs great with the $30 ebay carb. Only time will tell if it stays that way.

Hit & Miss is the part i dont like about them. When i order one to fix a customers cart, should i just order two so i can absorb the cost of the junk one? I have got the "just fine" ones, and i have got the "junk" ones, everybody just wants to "pass the buck" when it comes to dealing with the junk ones.
