Default Av Gas 100ll

I have a 2005 g22 that has the whole plowmans kit (jetted and airbox) , I have an airboat with a lycoming aircraft engine, so I run av gas (100LL) in it, it's readily available and i always have a few cans around, is it safe to run In golf carts? Would it make it run any better or worse?

hi-test is less explosive the regular 85-7
they put stuff in it to allow higher compression without knocking
but carts are low compression and hi-test is a waste of money

what it doesnot have is alcohol that regular pump gas will have
problem with alcohol in gas is the alcohol absorbs water
then the alcohol evaporates leaving the water behind if the fuel sits too long
and the water screws up the carb

av gas is also 100 LL for low lead so may help valves live longer

If you have a few cans of it laying around send them to me and I'll run it in my cart to make sure it's safe for your cart!from what I've been told...you won't gain or lose performance on a dynometer "But" you will definetly feel and smell like you are going fasterI run turbo blue because I love the smell!

You would be better off to get some bean oil if you like the smell, only takes a little bit.

its all i run in my purple v twin , but it is modified and high compression , it makes life so much easier no ethanol problems and i know it will start no matter how long i let is sit , well worth the 5 bucks a gallon i pay for it for how much i use the cart and it smells darn good. reminds me of days gone by. if we had to have cats on the carts it would be a no no but is carburated and strait piped

I only cut my head .050 so I could still run regular with a 4 degree advance lol, I don't want to buy special gas for one toy. It was a sacrifice but its only a clone and it still runs pretty nice.
