Default Seat Painting?

Ive seen the products on a few automotive shows on TV that you can actually paint vinyl seats with. My question is has anyone tried these products on projects and if so how did it turn out? Also how well does it hold up?

I painted the seats on my par car project and it looks great! I do not know how it will hold up but for 12 bucks and your seats looking like new,

Priceless, Here is a pic

They were the standard stained, moldy ugly old white. just wipe them down with alcohol and spray. Good to go.

Dulpicolor makes a vinyl / plastic paint that works well. We've used it on rear seat kits, where the customer doesn't want to pay to have them upholstered. Just clean the seats deeply, then paint with LIGHT coats in different directions. Not a permanent solution, but a nice option and definately less cash than upholstery. Crease and heavy wear areas will fade, but all you need to do is add another coat...

When I painted my body panels I used a couple cans of adhesion promoter first and havent had a flake or chip yet!
