Default G1 motor mounts/dampers

How can I tell if they need to be replaced? I know when the cart is running it shakes and rattles a lot. I'd like it to be smoother.

They need to be replaced if they are ripped, torn, or broken completely.

I've been reading some posts here on the forum and see different posts about mounts/dampers, not sure which is which now. The cart rattles and shakes a lot when running, they are worn in that there's a good amount of give but I don't think they are torn. The engine did move a lot when I was trying to take the clutch cover off, I was able to pry it up about an inch or so.

Maybe post a video of how much it shakes.

If they look to be in good shape, and aren't torn, I'd keep them.
