Default My G1 won't run. Low comp/now no fuel

Hey Guys,
So, my G1 ('82 or '83 ify memory serves me correctly) won't start. I was having spark issues, but have replaced the coil and now have good spark. Now no fuel is getting pumped. Line not clogged. Inline fuel filter is of clear plastic variety and not filling with fuel. I checked compression and it's at about 90. Was hard starting and was only wanting to run with choke pulled out slightly. I have already purchased a new top end kit and both crank seals. However, with the new onset of fuel not pumping, I'm wondering if this sounds to you guys like both issues might be caused by leaking crankshaft seals? Would leaking seals cause this significant of a compression drop? I would imagine that they could also cause the pulse to be too weak to pump fuel?

Do you guys think that it would be worth while to replace the crank seals first, and not dive right into a top end rebuild?

crank seals would cause fuel pump not to pump/run with choke out but would not cause low compression if youre going to do it do it right and do the top end while your have it out
