Default Yamaha G1 no power question

The cart started loosing power until one day it would not start. Checked and was getting no fuel. Replaced seal on fan side and bam pumping fuel. cart started and ran. bad to no power. Would not even pull a small hill. Rebuilt top end with new jug, new piston and rings. all new gaskets. A little better but still no power. Any ideas or what to do next.???

If your G1 has exhaust valve and linkage, make shure it is hooked up and opening and closing as needed.

It's right on the exhaust manifold not on the muffler.....when you did the rebuild did you replace the other seal? Are clutches functioning properly?

also do a compression test with muffler on and then take muffler off it drops with muffler off you may have a clogged muffler
