Default 2004 Yamaha G22a - Is this a clutch issue? If so, which one

I recently purchased this golf cart, It would not start and I changed air filter, spark plug, start generator belt, drive clutch belt and fuel filter with no success. I took the carb off and cleaned it and created hand-made gaskets. This resulted in the golf cart starting. Then, I changed the oil and rear differential fluid and this is where I am at.. I have included two videos and it appears to run fine and occasional I run in to this issue with trying to go forward or reverse. It starts every time in neutral. Anyone have any suggestions?

Can't get the video to load. If it starts in neutral, it should in gear too. There are no switches to interrupt it by the shifter, the engine & ignition don't know if it's in gear or not. Seems like still a carb thing if the compression is good.

The cart has spark, fuel, and no carb issues. The motor has no problems, it will run perfectly in neutral; as well as, I can drive multiple miles and will never stall or sputter. The only issue is when in the start-up position in forward or reverse. Also, the cart struggles more when on an incline.

Can anyone tell what noise is? I was trying to demonstrate the noise on the video if you turn it up. I can take a longer video if needed.

Remove the cover on the primary clutch and check for broken parts.

Stupid question, the primary is the clutch attached to the motor correct? If it is bad; what can I replace it with that is the best yet affordable?

Yes... the "Drive" or "Primary" clutch is on the engine!
and I'm a Club Car guy, so I don't know much about Yamaha's!
I just thought I'd help with the videos until your probationary week is up!

Carry on!
