Default 2002 Yamaha g16 front shocks

I know this has been discuss but my shock are so worn out right now that depending on which way I turn one of the front tires come off the ground what is the best fix for the front shocks being weak on the g16? I'm new to golf carts I've seen some of you use spring spacers and some move the rear shocks to the front what way is better to fix the soft spring thanks
