2012 g29 exhaust shield loose / rattleling
What have you done or made to stop it from rattling?
The welds maybe lose as it's a split shield. I know rewelding with a mig or tig may be a long term fix but that may be a while till I can do that. I need a quicker fix to stop the rattling, anyone done a quick fix? I'm also guessing if I take it off it will make the seat very very hot. Need some ideas. |

I've seen customers put a very large hose clamp around it.

That's what I was thinkg next but that's about 8" in diameter...
That's gona be fun to find one but I may get lucky or maybe tie safety wire around it for now. |
