Default A-arm bolts stuck!

I'm trying to remove the arms off this G9 and 2 bolts are stuck in the bushings, any suggestions on getting them out without ruining the bushings? I want to swap them into the white cart that has worn out kingpin bushing holes.

Sorry for the HUGE pictures, guess this new cell phone is set to the wrong settings! Control minus will bring them into a viewable size.

Cut or grind the bolt heads off and call it a day

Cut the bolts, heat the bushings with a torch to remove them, and replace with new ones. I made a tool out of all thread, nuts, and fender washers to press the new bushings into the arms.

Well Ragtop the best way would be to cut the heads off the bolts and I have also taken a saws all to the bolts and cut on the inside part of the support. If you can't get the bolts out of the bushing and you don't want to mess with them, I have many sets of these a-arms. I am not allowed to sell you these on this forum but I am willing to send you a pair, FREE.

Maybe you should explain why. The fact is, you are allowed to sell here if you and your son follow the rules but you choose not to follow the rules.

I always try a good overnight soak with PB Blaster before I break out the torch.

Why is it so hard to DEAL with North Korea? That's what it's like dealing with the a-arms. Not even worth the hassle. I still have a set of a-arms and they are FREE. I will be throwing a lot of used stuff away because I need more room in my garage.

I'd be happy to take those arms off your hands. Would you be willing to ship them? Or I may be coming to the Arcade, NY area later this week.

I also am looking for the front upper body support steel structure (left & right), mine are rusted beyond repair.

Yes you are more than welcome to them and if I have the upper supports you can have them also. I don't know which support your talking about so if you have a pic that would help. Here is a pic of the frame that im swapping my bent frame out with, are the 2 rusted parts the ones your looking for?
