G14 gas smoking out exhaust running rich

Hello all I have a G14 here for a customer and it is running rough and dumping smoke out the exhaust. The fuel pump was pouring gas into the crank case so I originally replaced it. Now there is no gas in the crank case but it still runs rough and smokes. On to the next step, air filter was filled with gasoline from it running rich, took the carb apart and the carb had a lot of gunk in the bowl and Jets. I replaced the carb with new, replaced the spark plug and air filter with new as well. This got rid of the rough running but now the carb is dumping gas out of the top and the exhaust has continued to dump smoke out like crazy. I did an oil change and there was a lot of gas mixed in the oil. Now I believe the cart has done it again to the fresh oil. I'm just curious what you guys think may be going on here. It's becoming a little crazy to deal with for both me and the customer.

Cart smokes out exhaust and dumps fuel out of top of carb. I should mention the compression check out 155psi

I want to add also with the airfilter on and box closed the cart barely runs. With it off it'll run fine.

It seems to have stopped dumping gas out of the top of the carb but is still smoking like crazy and running weak with airfilter installed.

If you put China carb on get ride of it and rebuild oem carb
