G2 to a G9 ignitor
I have a mid 80s G2. Runs good and has steel dump box. Just had engine rebuilt. Was running great, but a wire rotted off inside of ignitor harness. Was thinking of switching it over to a G9 ignitor, but I would need specific instruction as electrical is a bit above my pay grade. Other suggestions are appreciated if there's a more sensible way to get our cart back online. Thanks

All you need is the wire harness side connector that plugs into the ignitor? If so, I had just changed out a wire harness and cut the good connector and about 6" off the bad harness. If that's what you need PM me.

That would be helpful. Let me know what you want for it and how to get you the funds. Also I am still interested in knowing how to switch over to the G9 ignitor as my parents also have one of the original G2 carts. Guessing that somewhere along the lines I may need to know the program to do the switch. Thanks.
