1995 G14 Wont Start
Have a 1995 G14, just had the side seal replaced and carb cleaned. Ran prior to removal, re-installed and now turns over but will not start. It wants to and attempts to fire but will not run? Not sure I have Generator hooked up correctly as it was out for a few weeks prior to re-installing and did not take pictures before removal.

Well if your questioning the starter generator make sure it's rotating the correct way if it's wired wrong and can go backwards if that checks out pull the spark plug and inspect it after turning it over see if you have spark or if it's wet and we can go from there

The plug was getting wet with fuel, cleaned the plug and re-installed. Seems to be getting good compression

Got it to start last night found a broken ground wire, repaired and replaced fired right up. Now to eliminate the mis that is present while accelerating.
