Default G1 no-start troubleshooting

How much vacuum do I need to run the fuel pump? Here's what I've got:
Wiring fixed so it will crank
Spark plug sparks when out of the engine
No fuel comes out of fuel line when cranking
Can feel puffs of air coming out of spark plug hole when cranking
Can feel slight suction on rubber "intake manifold" against my palm when cranking

I don't have a compression gauge at the moment.

Have a problem with mine when I run outta gas I use a 20 ounce coke bottle and drill a hole in the cap. Take the fuel line off of the fuel filter and fill it and mine will pull the vacuum. I rebuilt my to and bottom end and still have to do it. It has trouble pulling up and out of gas tank. Like vapor locked

Interesting. I will see if it can pull fuel after I prime it.

The crank seal will tell off if it's bad. Oil and dirt build up. The same on the top end.

Can see there's no wetness on the PTO side. Not sure how to check magneto side without tearing into the engine.

Oh and I capped off my oil reserve line and started mixing my gas 100 to 1. Haven't had any problems In over a 2 years with it running like that

Found that the fan is lighter than the clutch so its usually the clutch side that wears the seal

PTO side crank seal is dry. Oil injector is working because oil coming out of hose. I put a mower fuel tank attached to the fuel line and put gas in it. Crank the engine, still nothing from fuel pump

Finally the fuel pump started working. Inside of the carb was clean but dry. I can get the engine to speed up a bit during cranking, indicating it's firing a bit, but won't take off on its own.

No holes or dry rotted lines off the carb? Is the clutch engaging
