2017 DriveR whistling

My 2017 Drive has a whistling noise and has been there since new.
I have had it into the dealer twice but they can't find the problem.

It is a high pitched whistle that is there all the time but it does get much louder when decelerating. I cannot see any visual vacuum leaks.

Hoping someone else has had the problem and found a solution.

Did you ever figure out this issue? Mine does this from time to time. I have had it in one time as the cart has no power at times and they supposedly removed some packing from the muffler.
